All our design is done using the latest CAD software allowing us to make sure millwork products not only look good but can be manufactured in the most cost effective way.
•If you have something specific in mind, designers at AV Design can produce photo-realistic renderings of proposed products to facilitate the presentation of new ideas and shorten the product development time frame.
•Drawings for proposal and customer approval can be prepared after design is finalized.
•We will prepare complete set of manufacturing documentation. It will include: Production drawings with standard views, Section and Detailed Views, Isometric View, Exploded View, Bill of Materials, Finish Schedule, Hardware List, and Cutting List. We will source stock items.
•We will oversee your project at manufacturing stage to ensure it is on track, and on budget.
